We need bartenders who are experienced in customer service, who can work efficiently behind the bar and who are upbeat and energetic.
Further, our bartenders:

• Serve customers quickly and accurately and anticipate their needs.
• Attend to orders for the cocktail or dining room servers quickly, without neglecting bar customers.
• Have fun! People come to Redbone to have fun and experience our "up" energy.

As a bartender, your responsibilities would include:

• Caring for all drink and food orders of customers in the bar, (patio, if applicable) and gameroom. When a cocktail server is on duty, they will help in this responsibility.
• Committing the menu and daily specials to memory. Also be required to know all bar items and their prices.
• Being aware of any excessive alcohol consumption in the bar.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the bar, bar area (and patio, if applicable) throughout your shift.
• Responsibility for the cash drawer and inventory
• Maintaining a fully-stocked bar at all times.
