LOW COUNTRY SHRIMP AND GRITS- Our world famous creamy, cheese grits, loaded with spicy fried shrimp, seared ham, sautéed mushrooms and a sprinkle of green onions. 16

BRONZED CHICKEN- Heart-Healthy, boneless breast of chicken deep Bronze seasoned, pan seared and served with sautéed mixed vegetables. 11

All of our beef is aged for tenderness, house butchered, well seasoned then cooked at piping hot temperature to seal in all of the natural flavor and juices. Each is served with your choice of side dish and house tossed or Caesar salad.

PALMETTO MARINATED RIB EYE STEAK- Our most popular steak marinated for 48 hours in a blend of fruit juices, soy sauce and spices, flash grilled then topped with caramelized onions.19.5

BLACK AND BLEU RIB EYE STEAK- Tender Rib Eye steak deep rubbed with our “Cajun” spices, drizzled with a little butter, flash seared then finished with a hit of house, whipped Bleu Cheese Peppercorn Butter. 19.5

SOUTHERN RIVER FARMS STRIP STEAK- 14oz NY Strip steak from this Augusta, GA farm known for the superior marbling and tenderness of their beef. 22

BACON SWISS STEAK BURGER Thick, juicy steak burger, imported Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, range bacon, lettuce and tomato on a grill toasted Kaiser. 10
